Muslims teach several false statements about Jesus. This is unfortunate. We all have a right to hear the truth about Jesus. Many Muslims challenge me, saying Jesus is not the Son of God. They also like to say, "Islam is better than Christianity- We have both Mohammed and Jesus." This has been my personal experience as a military Arabic translator in Kuwait and in Iraq. This has been my experience via private messages on YouTube.
Unlike the evening news, these conversations are polite. Arabs and other residents of the Middle East have an extremely polite culture. The purpose of this writing is not to insult Islam, Muslims or the Mideast. I am clarifying a misunderstanding, repeated widely in Islamic circles.

When the King Nebuchadnezzar threw three Jews into a furnace for refusing to worship an idol, he saw this:

Some sailors recognized the truth after Jesus commanded the sea to "be quiet" and immediately a storm ceased and the waters became flat.

When Jesus was crucified on the cross, the graves of prophets opened, and those men walked around the city. And, the soldiers standing near the cross said,

An angel from Heaven visited Mary when she was pregnant with Jesus and said, (Luke 1:35) And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
The disciple John, who walked with Jesus for three years says:
John 1:34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.
When a young man of pure heart meets Jesus for the very first time,
John 1:49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.
Jesus speaking to his accusers on the day he was murdered:
John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
Jesus refers to himself as the “Son of God”. Jesus raised Lazareth from the dead, and was glorified in that act:
John 11:4 When Jesus heard [that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
The fact that Jesus was raised from the dead by God ("the spirit of holiness") also testifies that Jesus is the Son of God:
Romans 1:4 And declared [to be] the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
Here are some things former angels (cast from Heaven when they rebelled, and made crooked in body to match their hearts) said when talking to Jesus:

Who believes Jesus is the Son of God has God in him:
1 John 4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

Whoever says Jesus is NOT the Son of God, calls God a LIAR.
1Jo 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
1Jo 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

As a Child, did Jesus Know that He is the Son of God?
Jesus called God "Father" when he was just 12.
It is very likely Jesus knew that He is the Son of God from the time he was an infant. When Jesus was just 12, his family, returning to their home region with the mass of Jewish travelers leaving the Jerusalem census, left without him. Joseph and Mary returned to Jerusalem and found him preaching at the Temple of the Lord. When they found Him, he said to them, "And he said unto them, How is it that you sought me? knew you not that I must be about my Father's business?" (John 2:49)
When Elizabeth heard Mary speak as Jesus was yet in Mary's womb, she became filled with the Holy Spirit as John the Baptist leapt in Elizabeth's womb. So, John was able to recognize the anointing of Jesus while both were yet in the wombs of their mothers!
What about prior to that? Was the divinity of Jesus known? Here is Luke chapter 1, verses 30 to 33: But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God.You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus.He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David,and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end."
So, Mary knew that Jesus would be called "Son of the Most High" before Jesus was even born. And, in verse 35, the angel responds to Mary's questions about how a single woman could have a child: "The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God."
Mary knew her child's name before she was even pregnant: Jesus. And, Mary knew her child would be called "Son of God." Mary could have told little boy Jesus this information at any point in his life. So, as a child, did Jesus know He is the Son of God? It is very likely. Most likely, he knew the same way Peter knew: "no one has told you this but God." Jehovah Himself very likely ensured Jesus knew. Or, more likely, Jesus remembered things from before He became man.
Where in the Bible did Jesus say He is the Son of God?
In John 10:36 and in John 11:4, Jesus himself says he is the Son of God.

According to the Biblical term in the Old and New Testaments, every God- fearing righteous person is called 'Son of God'. In Matthew 5:9 we read:
"Blessed are the peace-makers, for they shall be called the children of God."
Some people mistakenly thought that the disciples called Jesus Son of God. An inconsistency of translation actually helped to give this wrong impression. In the King James Bible, the translators call Jesus ‘Son of God’ in Acts 3:13, 26, and ‘child of God’ in Acts 4:27. They simply translated the Greek word paida as ‘son’ or ‘child’. But the word paida also means ‘servant’, and the present context demands this translation since the author of Acts is trying in this passage to establish that Jesus is indeed the servant of God.

All of these "children of God" are become children to God through Jesus. Even before Jesus came and was crucified as the "only begotten son", some were set aside to be justified by Jesus. Without Jesus, there is no other way. In Luke 20:36, for example, the "children" mentioned are those who rise after the first resurrection. The first resurrection consists of all the people who had their heads cut off because they refused to drop their faith and testimony of Jesus Christ.
"Israel" is a term you have not understood. It is bigger than "Jacob". Jacob was renamed to Israel as a representative of what was to come. Through Jacob, all the (physical) descendants of Abraham came. Through Jesus, all the (spiritual) true descendants of Abraham are coming.
Matthew 5:9 clearly is in the future tense, “SHALL BE called the sons of God”. This is true, Jesus is the first, and those who believe in Jesus as the Son of God, and obey His commands, which are light, will become children of God. We call God “Father” when we pray.
Isaiah 49:1-13 clearly refers to Isaiah as a “servant”. Your use of this scripture in support of the argument “Jesus is not the only son of God” is misplaced.
Mat 15:22-28 is again referring to the physical children of Abraham. The woman who came to Jesus asking help was a “woman of Canaan.” I checked several versions of Matthew 15:22. I checked ASV, NIV, NKJV, KJV, the NLT, and Young’s Literal Translation. They all call her a “Canaanite”, “woman of Canaan” or “Gentile”. Whoever wrote this list intentionally omitted the reference to her not being a child of Abraham in order to confuse the meaning from a physical meaning to a spiritual one. The original author, you or whoever you have taken this from, is a liar, bending the truth.
John 12:49 refers to a servant, not a son. There is no point, except to make your list appear formidable, when it is weak and only able to fool those who do not study scripture, or who do not really desire to truly seek after God, but to justify their own beliefs. Isaiah was a servant only. Only after Jesus was crucified did Isaiah become a son, as we are today. Actually, Jesus told his followers that a servant is only told what to do, but with a son, God shares his plans. God told Abraham His plans concerning Sodom. He told Isaiah what would come as well. So, who can clearly say what God’s heart toward Isaiah was? Just because, at this one point, God called Isaiah “servant”, we cannot infer the totality of God’s heart toward Isaiah.
Mat 8:20- by showing that Jesus had more than one title, you are not able to take away any of His other titles. Jesus is BOTH the Son of God and the Son of Man. He is also Savior, Redeemer, Christ, prophet, healer, servant, teacher… and many other things.
Mat 17, John 7:17-18 and John 8:49- These show Jesus referring to God as “my God.” Again, you pretend that Jesus, and now God, can have only one title! God is BOTH the Father and God to Jesus. Jesus many times opens prayer saying, “My Father in Heaven…” You cannot pick and choose which scriptures you desire to believe. It is all or none. If you want to take some out of context, and distort others into saying what you want, do you really know God at all?
In quoting Isaiah 12:2, you have ADDED the words, “Jesus said”. How much of a liar do you have to be to take a scripture written by Isaiah, many hundreds of years before Jesus was ever born, and then attribute it to be something Jesus said? You deceive yourself. Worse, you deceive others. God does not like that!
In quoting Luke 3:38, you have again found a completely corrupted misquote. Here is the KJV:
Which was [the son] of Enos, which was [the son] of Seth, which was [the son] of Adam, which was [the son] of God.
The brackets show where [words have been added]. There are NO Greek words to correspond to the words shown. The Greek only says “Adam which was of God”. Adam was created by God. But, Adam was not a son at that time. Jesus is the “only begotten son.” (John 3:16) A son can only become a son through Jesus. Jesus is the first fruit.
Conclusion:
The worst thing about all these distortions, misquotes, and additions, is that you also have to IGNORE all the scriptures which clearly and plainly say that Jesus is the Son of God. You have chosen to believe what you believe. If you will change your mind, and desire to know the Truth, scripture promises, “seek and you will find” (Mat 7:7).

If you deny that Jesus is the Son of God, then you have never known Jesus, and you have never known God, either:
1Jo 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
The "life" mentioned here is eternal life, which is received after Judgment Day. The "death" that is solidified on Judgment Day (and after your physical body perishes) is separation from God.
You must end your rebellion against God - rejection of God's salvation plan which is ONLY through Jesus - or suffer eternal separation from God, in a burning lake of fire.
If Jesus Christ is not the "Son of God" then why does God Himself declare Jesus to be so at the river Jordan when He gets baptized?

You make an excellent point. Jesus is named to be the Son of God, the Son of the Most High, and other titles which clearly identify Him as the only begotten son. Those who reject this typically have one thing in common: They are not seeking to know God. If they were, they would read the Bible (the Injil, for Muslims), and they would see what was prophesied thousands of years before Jesus' life, and what was said and done in the life of Jesus. And, those who truly desire it will see the truth of who Jesus is, and that there is no other way to God.

There are three parts to the Word of God. They are the Torah, Gospel, and Qur'an. And we shall be judged based on what part has been revelled to us, for it is God alone that opens our eyes to His Word.
The Quran is NOT from God. The one who seeks God Almighty must NOT mix. The Torah mentions the Redeemer, the Promised One, over and over and over. The New Testament (the gospels, plus letters and accounts) mentions Jesus over and over and over again. The main theme in these two is obeying God, redemption by the Redeemer (=Jesus), aka the Messiah, and avoiding sinful temptation.
The Quran never mentions redemption at all. It omits the Messiah, and even lies, saying that Jesus never died on the cross.
Saying the Quran is in line with the Torah and the New Testament is like saying Geometry and Calculus are followed by the Tales of Huckleberry Finn.

A pervert: When I was yet a heathen, believing in "one God by many names", I read every religion, as much as I could. As a former Arabic translator for the Marines, I read the Quran in both english and Arabic (which is about 40% words no one uses in common speech... so you have to use a heavy dictionary to do that).
Here is what you need to know about the Quran:
1. It contains many direct quotes from the Torah, the New Testament, Zoroastrianism, and the Bhagavad Gita.
2. It is called "the correction" to the Bible... but, the Bible mentions salvation hundreds of times. The Quran never mentions it. They are not about the same thing. God's Word brings freedom. The Quran brings bondage.
3. Both the Quran and the Bible have this saying, "You can tell a tree by its fruit." Knowing that the ROMAN Catholic (a word meaning "universal"-it is mixed with paganism) Empire is NOT Christian, look at the fruit of Christians and look at the fruit of Muslims. Which is a good tree and which is a bad tree? (hint: Christians don't pour acid on their ex-wives. hint2: We are not involved in 98% of every war in the last 50 years- Muslims are.)
